I want to thank you guys so much for working with me during a difficult week of uncooperative weather and a hectic work schedule on my part. My original move date was 7/28 and there was a torrential downpour the entire day. Both Ted and Scott were very concerned about moving my things in the weather that we had, and made it their first priority to find a way to complete my move but not get my things soaked in the process. 

Scott took it upon himself to find a way and make the time out of his own free time on the Saturday morning of that week. With the help of Ted letting him borrow a large van, we were able to do my move Saturday morning with rain-free conditions. Scott was completely professional and efficient and had me packed up and unpacked in my new apartment with time to spare on our first three hours. 

I have already recommended your company once in the past week, and I will recommend it to anyone wand everyone that needs a move. I also can say with 100% certainty that I will use your company again when I finally move into a home. I want to fully emphasize that this experience, though stressful and exhausting, was made so much easier by Caccamise Moving Co. Thank you again to both Scott and Ted for going the extra mile!

I just wanted to send a note to let you know how happy our family was with the service your company provided for our move on 8/28. The movers were on time and after a brief walk through to assess the move, the work began. I can’t tell you how impressed we were with the job the team did. They worked non-stop to load the truck, and before long we were ready to roll to our new home. Along the way they were courteous and polite. They made sure we were aware of any issues (previous nicks or dings to furniture) or concerns and even provided some tools when I found I didn’t have the right size allen wrench to disassemble a bed frame.

The unloading went just as smoothly, and we were again impressed by their willingness to place our things exactly where we wanted them. Upon completion of the job, we were given a thorough explanation of the charges and thanks from your movers for choosing your company for our moving needs.

I have to say that using Tony Caccamise Moving Company to handle our move was one of the best decisions I could have made. I have told anyone who listen how satisfied we were with the service you provided, and highly recommend your company to anyone who is planning a move. It was money very well spent. We are not planning to move again for a very long time, but I know that if the need arises, your company would be first on my list for movers.

Our three-man Caccamise team moved our 3-bedroom ranch into a much smaller 2-story up and down stairs, never faltering. All day packing the truck, TWICE sitting down only to ride between the two houses!

The piano moving team worked so quickly and smoothly, we didn’t even have time to video it, with the same excellence I recall when the moved the same grand piano 24 years ago!

I want to thank you for your excellent service moving me from Pittsford to Honeoye Falls on July 30th. Two of your workers showed up and worked until the job was 100% done. But this letter is more about their professionalism, hard work, honesty, and their cordial and wonderful attitudes. They stopped not once until the job was finished. They made absolutely no damages to either home or to any furniture. They returned money they had found during the move. Not one complaint even though it took them into the wee hours that night. They stayed until the job was done. They asked where everything went and obliged immediately. They took apart and reassembled every item with precision. The best part was their attitudes and work ethics. On a scale of one to ten, ten being the best, they were a twelve. I want to emphasized to Ted what wonderful employees he has.
